OCRC to temporarily close lobby to public beginning Nov. 17

For immediate release: November 16, 2020

The Ottawa County Road Commission will be closing its lobby to the public beginning 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2020, until further notice, to help reduce the spread COVID-19.

If you need to conduct business with us, we ask that you try and do so by other means, either online, by phone, or via email. Our website, www.ottawacorc.com, has a number of resources available.

If you need in-person assistance, we ask that you call our main office at (616) 842-5400 to make an appointment.

We also have a secure drop box located outside the main entrance to the OCRC administrative office at 14110 Lakeshore Dr.

Our team will continue to monitor health conditions in the surrounding community, and update our lobby closure plan, as needed.

Please note that the closure of our lobby does not impact our maintenance operations.
