WHY: Culvert Replacement

BACKGROUND: Starting July 10, contractors for the Ottawa County Road Commission (OCRC) will close Kenowa Ave. between Hoover and Gooding streets in Chester Township for a culvert replacement project.

This work is expected to take approximately three weeks to complete, with an estimated completion date of July 28, 2023. However all dates are tentative and subject to change, and all work is weather-dependent.
