Road Resurfacing: 152nd Ave./Groesbeck St. from Lincoln St. to Mercury Dr., Grand Haven Twp., begins Monday, July 24

WHY: Road Resurfacing

BACKGROUND: Starting the week of July 24, contractors for the Ottawa County Road Commission (OCRC) will begin a resurfacing project on 152nd Ave./Groesbeck St. between Lincoln St. and Mercury Dr. in Grand Haven Twp.

The project will consist of milling down existing asphalt, adding a paved shoulder to a new width of 26 feet, two lifts of new asphalt, and shoulder restoration.

This work is expected to last through early August, however all dates are tentative and subject to change. All work is weather-dependent.

TRAFFIC IMPACT: The road will remain open to traffic during this project, however there will be periodic temporary lane closures. Traffic will be maintained under flag control. Please drive with care and give yourself extra time to get to your destination.
