What: Road Resurfacing
When: Wednesday, May 15-Wednesday, June 5 (est.)
Where: 40th Avenue, Georgetown Township
Details: On Wednesday, May 15, the Ottawa County Road Commission plans to begin work to resurface 40th Avenue from Baldwin Street to Port Sheldon Street in Georgetown Township.
The process, from start to finish, is estimated to last 3 weeks. During the resurfacing operations, traffic will be restricted under flag control operations. Access for residents, businesses and deliveries will be maintained, however, delays are likely. Please be advised that due to weather conditions, all dates are tentative and subject to change.
To maintain the safety of road crews, motorists are asked to be especially mindful of construction equipment and personnel and reduce speeds accordingly.
