Ottawa County Road Commission is seeking seasonal employees to assist in snow removal operations and related responsibilities such as flagging, tree work, and patching during the winter season to work out of our Holland garage, and possibly other seasonal openings in other garages.
Those interested in these positions must:
- Already possess a valid Class A or B CDL license
- Must have a current DOT medical certification
- Must be registered with FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and agree to drug testing.
Experience in the operation of snow removal equipment 35,000GW and over preferred.
Must be able to perform heavy manual labor and work in severe weather conditions.
These seasonal positions are full-time either 32 or 40 guaranteed hours per week with the pay at $25 per hour, with overtime paid at over 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week.
